IMD Conference 2021 Policy Brief: “The Pandemic and Beyond: Implications for Migrant Workers in Thailand and Southeast Asia”ARCM-CE in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO), International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and Stokholm Environment Institute (SEI) has produced a policy brief summarising the main points raised during the 2021 International Migrants Day Conference in Chulalongkorn University. The policy brief outlines the implications of COVID-19 on migrant workers in Thailand and Southeast Asia, focusing on health, housing and socioeconomic assistance integration during crisis times and re-migration policies in the post-pandemic period.
